Greeted upon my arrival at the Boyer House, a majestic mansion in the heart of Walla Walla, with a chilled glass of bubbling champagne in a flute adorned with my name, I knew I had walked across the threshold of life before and after this epic day that lay before us. And, not one moment faltered short of magnificent.
