Congratulations to Mark and Kelsi!

What an incredible evening with amazing people! I wish I could relive the whole adventure again to be honest. Meeting with Mark  & Kelsi a few months ago, I knew they were my kind of people. As Kelsi and I chatted about engagement session ideas, I was so touch when she told me she just wanted photos that captured their love for each other, nothing more. My heart about exploded. You see, with the ways of the world today, we don’t always get requests like that. In fact, not even very often any more. Things have become a touch more complicated. That is why it’s amazing to get down to the basics . . .  love, and just see where it takes us.

This evening it took us to three locations chosen by Mark that hold a very special place in his heart. I absolutely LOVE when grooms are excited about their session and I have say, Mark was pretty amazing. He brought lightness and laughter, and can he ever make Kelsi smile! These two are nothing short of head over heels in love, making my job very, very simple. Mark even had his own idea of a pose. Can you pick it out? ; )
